Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. CHIRTÉ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, CHIRTÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@chirte.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
